Services
I work with adults and teenagers (16+) and offer in-person and online appointments in Toton and Eastwood, Nottingham. My Approach
Everyone’s experience is different, and I believe therapy should reflect that. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship — built on trust, compassion and understanding. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to be yourself, explore what’s troubling you and talk openly without fear of judgement. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low or disconnected from yourself and others. Perhaps you’re struggling to make sense of your feelings, finding yourself repeating familiar patterns, or simply feeling that something isn’t right. Therapy offers an opportunity to pause, untangle what’s going on and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can explore what matters to you and work towards greater clarity, self-awareness and meaningful change. An Integrative Approach
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs, helping you explore present-day challenges, understand deeper-rooted patterns and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. We’ll work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you.How I Can Help
I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties, including:Anxiety and mood: anxiety, panic, depression and anger.
Relationships and self-esteem: relationship difficulties, identity, sexuality and self-worth.
Past experiences and trauma: abuse, childhood experiences, trauma and loss.
Neurodiversity and mental health: ADHD, OCD, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
Life changes: bereavement, menopause, parenting, redundancy and work-related stress.
Health and wellbeing: disability and health-related challenges.
You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly what you want to talk about. Whether you’re facing a specific difficulty or simply feeling stuck, we can begin wherever you are.The Therapies I Work With

What to expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My aim is to make the process as clear, comfortable and straightforward as possible.1. Free 15-minute introductory conversationWe’ll begin with a free 15-minute conversation to discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any initial questions, and explore whether my approach and the service feel right for you.2. Read through the therapy contractBefore we begin, you’ll have the opportunity to read the therapy contract. This outlines how we’ll work together, including practical arrangements, confidentiality, cancellations and fees, so you know what to expect.3. Book your regular weekly sessionIf you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange a regular weekly time for your sessions. Having a consistent space each week can help you build continuity and make the most of the therapeutic process.4. Your first sessionIn our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other, explore what has brought you to therapy, and begin to think about what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll also go through and sign the therapy contract before starting.5. Six-week reviewsEvery six weeks, we’ll take some time to reflect on how therapy is going, what feels helpful, and whether anything needs to change. These reviews give us an opportunity to check in on your progress and make sure our work continues to meet your needs.Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
